Refund policy

As a small business we unfortunately DO NOT accept returns or refunds unless at rare instances there is a manufacturing fault or physical damage with the items. However, your satisfaction is important to us, and we want you to feel confident and happy with your purchase.

A product is considered faulty if it has a manufacturing defect or does not function as intended. Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear such as loose threads (for example) is not considered a fault.

If you believe your order has a manufacturing issue or arrived damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item.  Kindly email us at contactamarain@gmail.com with:
    •    Your order number
    •    Clear photos of the issue
    •    A brief description of the concern

Our team will carefully review your case and respond within 3–5 working days.

Exchange Policy:

  • Customers are eligible for an exchange within 14 days of purchase date. The product must be unused, in its original packaging with the original receipt or proof of purchase.
  • To initiate a exchange customers must contact our customer service team to obtain an exchange authorization. Once authorised, customers will need to send the product back to us, note that customers are responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning the product for an exchange.
  • Please note products must be returned in a resalable condition. Items that show signs of use, wear or damage (other than faults) will not be eligible for exchange.

 

Amarain encourages customers to be aware of lighting differences that may affect the colour of their item upon purchase. Refunds will not be processed for this matter.
